I have never dealt with any other company that gives the
kind of outstanding service you provide. You "guys" are great!

About a day after I placed my Sassy ad, I found out that the
web site I was advertising had crashed. I thought, "Well
there goes 65 bucks down the drain! That's just peachy,
people will be responding to my ad and there's no web site!"

It was as if you had read my mind. I received an email from
you telling me that there wasn't any response to the URL I
supplied. I asked you if it were possible to put my ads on
hold until the site was fixed. You said: "No problem." A
week and a half later and the site still was not running
correctly.

I thought that I was really pushing my luck, but I asked If
I could substitute another ad and advertise something else
for what ever remainder I had left in the campaign.
You said: "No problem". And then you really floored me when
you told me you would start the campaign right from the beginning.

Well sir, you certainly have my thanks and my future
advertising. By the way, the Lightning Tracking service you
provide FREE, is terrific! It is very helpful in seeing the
hits the ad is getting.

I had been exposed to AdMistress by Gayle Bell a few months ago. Of course I was fully aware that ezine advertising was and IS an extremely cost effective and just plain effective way to advertise. After reading Stepheno Morrow's email to you I thought I would add my 2cents.

I won a VIP ad from you (for mentioning Admistress ads in my article) and when it was submitted the link I used with Linkcounter was down due to hackers.

The editor of Start-Smartz (Kiki Frampton) notified me of this problem and said that she would hold my ad til the problem was fixed. She also notified Margo at Aplus Biz. Kiki notified me again when Linkcounter was back up, and when my ad would go out, even before I found out myself!

So, I have to agree that this group of publishers go out of their way to work with their subscribers above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks to you all!
