Some offline companies are NOW using handwriting to select executives! Since many people believe that the eyes are the
window to the soul, handwriting could very well BE the open door ( OR trap door ) to a job candidate's personality.

Curly " q's ", loops and slopes, how you dot your " i's " or don't cross your " t's ", seem to reveal MORE about
character and integrity than background checks, resumes or interviews. Handwriting can speak volumes about who we actually ARE...our passions, fortes, weaknesses and
personality traits. Some people say that handwriting CAN be the best non-discriminatory assessment measure.
It's interesting to note that no gender, age or person's origin is needed. These handwriting assessments have been
used to assist companies in finding the best executives, cops tracking down legal offenders and letting sweethearts know if they have really found their true loves.
Move Over...Sherlock Holmes!
Graphology is a specialized social science. It's used to get more candid and spontaneous information about
prospective job candidates. Watch out, it's not impossible to imagine internet companies asking for a handwritten application.
The premise here is that integrity is valuable, but often remains un-checked. Seemingly, with just the stroke of a
pen..... analysts can tap into a person's thought process AND emotional state, in order to learn about that person's
achievements and communication skills. That's amazing! This is sometimes referred to as "brainwriting."
These assessments have been described as the graphic manifestation of a person's thought patterns and behaviors.
It can give us a glimpse into the sub-conscious mind. Like that dashboard in your car, it's NOT bad or good. It just informs!
In Europe, graphology is accepted as a science for hiring candidates. It's a replacement to intrusive and relatively
unreliable, personality and character testing. Supervision is a main concern here. Sales people remain UN-Supervised
in the field, so character is a CRITICAL issue. Some people believe that handwriting analysis saves time, money and morale because these companies believe that the right
people have been selected for their business relationships. People may temporarily change over time BUT....their traits basically remain the same.
Gee, I bet you thought you just scribbled! Business systems are In search of balance because Un-ethical Conduct has
recently been bursting AT the seams. Creative solutions appear to BE rising in popularity! Selection of business partners is NO longer so CLINICAL. Surely, we ARE the sum
