How fast and courteous are your total sales reactions?
Are you a good partner? How dependable are you? Offering to
help a referral or an associate takes very little time in
the grand order of things. Doing a lot of continuous small
things can make us really stand out in the competitive
crowd. Little things do mean a lot.


Your competition should never out perform you in "small"
things. Why ? Because "small" things build up reputation
and they form the character of your business. They are the
sum, the total of which, equals your success.


Often at times, we overlook the "small" things concerning
our business activities. Let's ask ourselves a few questions
on the "small" things:


1. Are you on time or late with everything?


2. Do you take the time to help others?


3. Do you make time to answer questions?


4. Are you thinking more of yourself than others?


5. How are your daily manners?


6. Do you hesitate when you are asked to help clients or
business associates?



Success depends on good customer service, as well as your
good reputation. Word of mouth referrals should be a
stronghold of any good business plan. The "small" things
make us all look better and close attention to the "small"
things give you the competitive edge. You should concentrate
on doing the "small" things on a regular basis in order to
distinguish yourself from your competition.


No business can survive without paying attention to the
small details. If you are lacking in progress, review all
the "small" things that you are weak in or missing. Improve
these "small" things and watch your business grow!
