===================
There are quite a few ways to improve or develop self image. Trying to develop yourself into a powerful magnet,
attracting the right kind of people, the right situations, better health, wealth, happiness and other things, doesn't need to be rocket science.
Here's a few tips to get you started with an improved self image for the years to come:
1. Honesty With-In!
Use your imagination as a blueprint for your future. Are you miserable right now? Change the blueprint!
2. Thought and manifestation have worked since Biblical
times. ( Proverbs:29:18 ) Try it.
3. Lead yourself with visualization. SEE yourself successful. Close your eyes and envision the person you want to be.
4. Surround yourself with positive people and circumstances as much as possible. Dead-beat attitudes will pull you down.
5. RELAX --- Some people say stress kills. Reduce your daily stress levels to the best of your ability. Force a quiet
atmosphere, if you have to. The mind communicates in silence and a relaxed state.
6 How's Your Attitude? Got Gratitude?
Work on a "CAN Do" approach. Ditch the negativity in your life. It's not a simple matter but work on this and you're on your way!
7. Honestly Re-Visit Your HABITS!
Your habits are a result of your own behavior. STOP blaming other people for having a rotten life. Concentrate on being
happy....change you attitude and anticipate the best days ahead.
Happiness is not a destination. It's a daily journey and
YOU hold the map. Where are you going? Who's going with you? How will you get there? It's fine to use a compass but
make sure it works. In most instances, the blueprint to a better life lies in your own hands. GO and GRAB it!
