The Gifted and Extraordinary => Forgotten?

Don't you think talent has always been somewhat of a High
Point in our society? As our playing field here on the
net becomes increasingly growing with global populations,
genius might seem to be forgotten. But important to one
positive mission -- which shouldn't only be a dedication to
building the best things in life, but also healing the worst
---- is the search for and building up, the FULL expressions
of highly talented people.


It isn't just society in general that tends to neglect
gifted and talented people. I do think that the future of
science, math and I'll include internet marketing, will
depend not only on a technical and literate population, but
on the very talented people, including the genius crowd, who
might become our future e-leaders, scientists and math whiz
teachers.


Are gifted and talented people neglected because we think
that exceptional people are bright enough to take care of
themselves? To me, that assumption seems to be wrong and
somewhat dangerous. Gifted people sometimes just fall by
the way-side in despair, disgust and frustration.


Intellectual gifts can come in many forms and disguises.
All to often, we might fail to recognize or support high
talent levels and worse, even reject them. will this neglect
waste precious, irreplaceable international resources,
under the term we call elite?


Studying with, for and along side of truly extraordinary
people, we can actually become a clearing house and advisory
service. Many talented people are ready and able for more
advanced instruction than jobs provide, but they might not
know HOW to move forward.


It's really a tall order to attempt to provide reliable
information, which should come individually tailored, to
provide the best matches for readiness, dreams and
aspirations. This is especially true if our aim is to
provide a reliable system, dedicated to electronic advising
in business. We should be trained to assess needs, recommend
e-choices and suggest other opportunities for enrichment.


After selecting those few battle tested people who do
extraordinarily well in the first phases of e-marketing, we
should provide them with e-mentoring by world class
instructors, mentors and peers. The intent here is to
identify the most promising people and hook them up with an
ethical mentor.


The study of truly extraordinary people should attempt to
bring together the study of talent and genius as an example.
Neglected, these types of people almost never find what
they're looking for, which is awesome-adult achievement.


We have that equal chance here in our line of work. The
studies of awesome accomplishments do capture their target
by exceptional definition, but that's only one part of the
equation. Being able to Identify high accomplishment in one
area, such as entrepreneurs, musicians and artists, and
having each person work with a few comparison people, can
really help.


Haven't you seen individuals who were at least as talented
and individuals who had the same good opportunities, but
who didn't rise to the same elevated heights? Our goal
should be to improve the understanding of how the potential
of highly talented people is either frustrated, stalled or
brought to full-throttle capacity.


Since it's likely that the same forces that bring talent to
action, accomplishment and success for the rest of us, it's
my sincere hope that such knowledge can be used to benefit
all aspiring, internet marketers.
