========================

Have you seen all the new programs that are "supposed" to
help you rush traffic to your website? They're certainly
available, aren't they?

Some of them claim to be fully automated. What exactly does
that mean? They may say all you have to do is get the
program going ( or maybe install code on your site ) then
droves of massive traffic will start flowing to your
website. Has it worked for you? If everyone really tried
all of these things that supposedly worked for everyone,
we'd probably all be successful!

Too Good to Be True?

Could these claims be over exaggerated? What happens if
you don't get tons of traffic participating in these
programs? The reality behind some of these deals is that
you look at a website and in exchange for doing this,
someone else looks at your website ( or agrees to parade it
on their website ). Sounds like a real deal, huh?

Remember the old banner exchange program days? These are
probably a model for these kind of traffic deals. The idea
is to get a ton of people to look at other people's
websites. In turn, more people should be looking at yours.
In some cases you might be asked to visit several websites
before anyone even looks at your site.

You can get ahead of the pack, if you can get a lot of
people to join the program. Be diligent. Many of these deals
do work great for top people, but remember that the bottom
people could wind up with very little in exchange for their
efforts.

How do you get to the top? You'll have to continuously spend
time and elbow grease pitching the program, to a lot more
people. It's not sounding too "automatic" anymore, is it?

These visitors didn't ask to see your site. There's also a
chance that some people could get cloudy brains when you
pop up, or under on their screens. Filling forms out is
only a part of this process.

This isn't like public advertising. These deals are based on
website owners, biz opps and/or affiliate websites. Many
people are generally pressed for time online. Some of them
want to look for decent ways to earn extra money. If those
are the people you actually do want to attract to your site,
then work your way up to the top with these programs.

If your offers are for specific types of people, you might
be able to find better things to do, for the time and space
that these not always automatic, traffic programs might
require. In this business, time should be converting into
money.
